Snow Leoard Cub

This is my latest oil painting of a Snow Leopard Cub named Vishnu. The painting is called "Leap of Faith" as I had been unable to paint wildlife art for almost a year. Due to health & personal worries I had been unable to paint & suffered from painters block. I paint from my heart & I had really been struggling with my creativity. My friends & family rallied round so much to support me something I will always be grateful for.

I did not decide to enter our Annual exhibition until the day before the deadline for entries. At 4 oclock in the morning I completed my entry form having no idea of a subject or if I could actually ever paint again. It was a real struggle & quite heart searching but I finally got my passion back & it was such a joy to reconnect with my creativity. This painting ment so much to me. Just to be able to paint again.

To my suprise I was humbled to find my painting sold at MIWAS 2011 only minutes after our exhibition opened. A very kind friend bought it.

True friend are special people. They are Angels without wings. They bring you joy & fil your heart with many precious things.

Brilliant Girl

This is an oil painting of a very young Snow Leopard cub called "Binu". She really is a Brilliant Girl. This is also a part of my entry for the MIWAS 2010 exhibition.
